Our Story
How Ivory Cradle Began
Ivory Cradle began with two newborn care specialists who have been caring for
newborns and supporting families since 2018. Working directly with parents during
those early days and nights, they learned firsthand what families truly need: rest,
reassurance, knowledgeable support, and someone they can trust in their home.
They also saw how hard that support can be to find. Families need an easier, more
trustworthy way to find newborn and postpartum care from professionals whose
experience and qualifications they can review. That’s why Ivory Cradle was created.
One of our founders is also a mother, so Ivory Cradle is shaped by both professional
newborn care experience and a personal understanding of parenthood. Every baby is
different, every family has its own rhythm, and every parent deserves to feel
supported, not judged.
